Course description
Holding correct stroke technique up to 20 metres distances here, and now we begin swimming underwater and diving beautifully and safety. These kids know just about all there is to know about water safety in and out of the pool. We will introduce to water polo and understand it’s basic rules.

- Breaststroke full with correct timing 15 meters.

- Two lengths of pool any stroke
- Butterfly kick 10 meters
- Early Dives
- Headfirst surface dive and swim 2m underwater
