Course description
They are going further and further, 75 meters and plus with front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, inverted breaststroke…..the list goes on. We will extend survival skills practice to calling for help in difficulty whilst fully clothed.

Course Skills
- Entry by standing dive
- Surface dive in deep water and pick object from pool floor
- Tread water for 1min and signal for help while wearing clothes
- Swim up to 100m front crawl holding correct technique for 75m
- Swim up to 100m back crawl holding correct technique for 75m
- Swim up to 100m breaststroke holding correct technique for 75m
- Swim up to 75m butterfly holding correct technique for 50m
- Swim 20m inverted breaststroke
