Course description
Now, our kids will be able to teach the emergency services their jobs, and even get in a swim up to 150 meters to help them along the way. These children are very competent and capable swimmers and will now learn all about basic lane swimming rules. Are these little fish beginning to think about competing? Or maybe becoming a lifeguard? Or swimming teacher?

- Oral test: Hypothermia and Personal survival
- Competitive dives
- Competitive turns
- Swim up to 150m front crawl using correct bilateral breathing
- Building distance up to 100m with inverted breaststroke
- Building distance to 50m and more of side stroke
- Ability to hold rescue stroke for up to 50m
