Course description

This level is for children that are very comfortable and experienced in the water. The distances here get much longer and the techniques are advanced. We will bring awareness to their own ability to signal for help in difficulty. Holding correct stroke technique up to 75 metres. These kids know just about all there is to know about water safety in and out of the pool.

  • Swim up to 100m front crawl holding correct technique for 50m
  • Swim up to 100m back crawl holding correct technique for 50m
  • Swim up to 100m breaststroke holding correct technique for 50m
  • 20m various sculling
  • Entry by straddle jump
  • Entry by simple dive (e.g., sitting or kneeling)
  • Oral test focusing on how to contact the emergency services
  • Swim up to 50m butterfly holding correct technique for 25m
