Course description
It is a final level in our Junior Academy Programme. Our most advanced children are indeed more advanced than many of our pro swimmers! Now we’re beginning to think about competition or advanced lane swimming, we have stop counting meters and focus is onto how many lengths we can achieve without stopping. Here is to future Olympic swimmer? Or lifeguards? Or maybe swimming teachers?

- Oral test on actions in an emergency
- Demonstrate of different jumps & dives
- Front crawl - can I swim for more than 100 with smile on my face
- Swim 25m inverted breaststroke without use of arms
- Summersault & Handstands
- Competitive starts (all strokes)
- Swim 100m individual medley
