Course description
This is the follow up stage for those that have completed Pre School level 8. Our last level is all about independence swims, and preparing preschoolers for transition into individual junior group lessons and swimming without their parents.

- Full Independence
- Attend at least 60% of the course classes
- Basic F/C moves
- Bilateral breathing - breathing to the side (ability to show)
- Basic B/C moves
- Full submerging
- Streamline position
- Collecting objects from bottom of the pool
- Safety drills & skills: Treading water for few seconds unaided
- Rotation from tummy & back
- Ability to perform basic B/S moves
