Course description
Go beyond a leisure and recreation level of swimming. This level focuses on refining and advancing your technique, breathing and endurance by putting all elements of stroke together. Master a variety of strokes and achieve longer distances comfortably.

Course Skills
- Swimming up to 40 metres Front crawl maintaining correct technique consistently
- Demonstrate Breaststroke with simultaneous leg and arm movements
- Treading water comfortable for 30 second while waiving one hand (survival skill)
- Ability to scull for 10 metres
- Swimming up to 40 metres Back stroke maintaining correct technique consistently
- Demonstrate understanding of dolphin leg kick
- Develop strong bilateral breathing during Front crawl
