Become a strong lane swimmer with a full understanding of lane swimming etiquette and rules. Master your strokes, further tune your technique and perfect your timing.

- Refine proficiency in 3 swim strokes and drills
- Swim up to 100 metres Front crawl maintaining correct technique consistently
- Swim 25 metres Breaststroke maintaining correct technique
- Tread water comfortable for 60 seconds
- Prepare for more advanced swim programs – lap and lane swimming
- Understand Lane Swimming rules
- Swim up to 50 metres Back stroke maintaining correct technique consistently
