Course description
The swimmer is now a strong and confident swimmer, their knowledge of the 4 main swimming strokes and the two lifesaving strokes is of a high level. This level the swimmer will increase their distance on all strokes concentrating on the transition of the push and glide into the four main strokes developing the overall stroke. The swimmer is becoming more confident in lifesaving and is truly on the right track on becoming a rookie lifeguard.

Course Skills
- Perform Front crawl for 25m (Very good quality / technique)
- Perform Back crawl for 25m (Very good quality / technique)
- Perform Full breaststroke 20m (Very good quality / technique)
- Perform full butterfly 20m (good quality / technique)
- Sculling on back headfirst and feet first for 4m
- Thread water for 60 seconds raising one hand every 10 seconds calling for help
- Tow a subject 15m using buoyant and non - buoyant object
